For our sales we normally use the PayPal payment sytem. Therefore please pay attention to Paypal's business terms,
too.
Sales Contract
A sales contract only becomes effective by our acceptance of the order. We will not accept orders which give us the
feeling that the customer is going to use the ordered item abusively, in order to violate our copyrights, for example.
Delivery Time
Since lots of our items are manufactured individually on demand we point out that it may take up to 10 days to produce
and ship your order.
Guarantee
Defective items shall not be sent back to us, but the problem has to be indicated to us within 2 weeks after delivery,
written or by E-Mail. If the problem is duly real, we'll replace the defective item with a faultless one.
Return
We grant a two week return right to each customer, according to the German Fernabgabegesetz. For a valid return
the customer has to declare the return or has to send back the item within two weeks after delivery. In the case of a
return the customer receives back the paid amount. This return right is expressively neither valid for website memberships
nor for CDs which are individually produced on a customer's demand. If the item's price is less than 40.00EUR the customer
pays for shipping costs back to us.
Data Safety
We guarantee that no customer data, in particular no
(E-Mail-)addresses are given to third parties. If a
customer orders through PayPal, the only thing we get to know about him is his postal and e-mail address and an order
number. We do not receive any credit card information from PayPal. All customer data is only stored as long as
necessary according to german tax laws and is deleted afterwards.
Copyright
All items sold are protected by copyright law. They shall not be modified, copied or given to third parties without
our written consent. Each publication by third parties particularly on the internet is expressively
prohibited.
Salvatori Clause
If a term of these general business terms is or gets totally or partly ineffective, the other regulations are not affected by that.
